For orders in Australia shipped with standard shipping, you should receive your order within 7 business days. For express shipping in Australia, you should receive your order within 4 business days. For International orders, standard shipping, please expect to receive your order within 14 business days. For express International shipping, your order should be delivered within 10 days.

You will receive a tracking number when your order has been shipped. Please allow a few days for the tracking number to update.
Once your order has been placed, unfortunately we are unable to cancel or make any changes to it. Please double check your shipping address before placing your order.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to qualify for a return, exchange and/or a refund. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds if you have simply changed your mind. If however, you are not happy with your purchase for any other reason, please contact us within the 7 days with your order number and reason and we will get back to you as soon as possible to resolve the matter.
Please note- items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags and original box, with no scents and/or smells and with no makeup and/or deodorant marks to qualify for a return, exchange and/or a refund.
Once you have contacted us for Jewellery Returns and we have approved- Just make sure that your items are returned new, unused and are in the same condition as they were when purchased, complete with intact tags and packaging. Please note, tags that have been removed cannot be returned. Piercing items that come in a sterilized pack must be returned in the same unopened pack. Returns and exchanges that do not meet Lark and Berry's policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
As Lark and Berry's items are sent from the UK, there may be a fee to cover the insurance of the shipment back to them. This will depend on the value of the goods. This fee will only be waived if item is returned for exchange.

Yes. All orders require a signature upon delivery. If no one is home at the time, your parcel will be sent to your local post office for you to collect.
