Orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched on the following business day as we do not deliver on weekends and/or public holidays.
We require a signature upon delivery for all orders. If there is no one at home at the time of delivery, a card will be left for you to pick your parcel up at the local post office.

Express shipping at a flat rate of $20 AUD.

Returns, Exchanges, Refunds
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to qualify for a return, exchange and/or a refund.
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds if you have simply changed your mind. If however, you are not happy with your purchase for any other reason, please contact us within the 7 days with your order number and reason and we will get back to you as soon as possible to resolve the matter.
Please note- items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags and original box, with no scents and/or smells and with no makeup and/or deodorant marks to qualify for a return, exchange or a refund. Postage costs are to be covered by the customer.

Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
Once you have contacted us for Jewellery Returns and we have approved- please make sure that your items are returned new, unused and are in the same condition as they were when purchased, complete with intact tags and packaging. Please note, tags that have been removed cannot be returned.
